It is located in the old town (post town) of Kiso Fukushima where irrigation canals flow. I enjoyed Matsukado Gyoen for lunch in a traditional home-like atmosphere. You can taste the "Gyoen" which is carefully cooked for each dish. The service of the staff was also exquisite timing. This time I visited with a broom, so the alcohol was boil, but the local sake brows and wine bowls of the kiso were also prepared and it looked delicious. There is a parking lot by the way, but the old town has a narrow road, so you need to be careful when driving. It is recommended to take a leisurely stroll through the water-rich post town after meals

The inside of the store is also very beautiful with the old-fashioned house's taste still retained. The dishes are kaiseki-style and carefully cooked one by one. Everything is delicious and you can feel the wonderfulness of Japanese food again. The customer service was caring about every detail, and it was used for about 2 hours, but I left the store with the satisfaction of staying at a luxury inn.It is a shop that can be recommended to people with confidence!

The atmosphere of the shop, the contents of the dish, the attitude of the hospitality, all are perfect. I ordered cooking Yoshimaku Gozen (I guess?). In addition to the photo, tempura, miso soup, rice, pickles, peach sorbet was attached. Sushi which is the basis of Japanese food is exquisite, all dishes are elegantly finished, ranging from Japanese to simmered dishes. The store that you want to eat other menus by all means.

We had a most enjoyable meal here. Our bento had lots of variety and beautiful flavours. The chef was charming and welcoming. We arrived early at 6pm and even though we had not had time to make a reservation, we were delighted to get a table straight away.

Hidatei restaurant is proudly owned and run by perfectionist and master chef Inoue.One needs to book ahead as all ingredients are freshly sourced. Ino-san's English being excellent, he personally presented each course personally with a brief but detailed explanation and how best to enjoy each delectable mouthful. The decor is also tasteful, creating warmth and visual balance. A real treat. Epicureans look no further.
